How to Book a Vacation Package to Papua New Guinea

All of our vacation packages are customization and can change to meet your needs. Just a few simple steps and leave the rest to us!

Step 1: Submit Your Inquiry/Request

Choose an itinerary to your liking or fill out a Custom Vacation request form. Give as much information as you can so that when our Destination Specialist calls you, they can be ready with a plan for your vacation.

Step 2: We Customize Your Quote

Once we receive your inquiry, we will contact you within 24 business hours by both email and phone. During the phone call, we’ll answer and questions you may have and discuss your travel preferences. We work hard to find the best possible options for your time frame and budget requirements. Phone calls work best, but if you would rather work over email exclusively, we can accommodate your communication preference.

Step 3: Itinerary Design Changes

When you receive your custom itinerary and quote from us, you have the opportunity to review it and make any changes or upgrades prior to the trip deposit.  Read through all the details for each day because once the first payment is made fees may apply if you change your mind on the design (fees typically apply after flights and/or accommodation have already been booked). Our goal is 100% satisfaction and we will work with you until you feel happy with your trip design.

Step 4: Sign Up & Deposit

When all the details meet your approval, you will need to complete a Trip Authorization form. This will be emailed to you with your Quote. Return the completed forms to us along with your deposit. This secures your trip!

We accept payments by Check, Credit Card and Electronic Deposit.

Step 5: Final Payment

We offer flexibility in our payment plans. Typically we require a deposit at the time of purchase and a final payment no later than 60 days prior to your travel. Please discuss your payment plan with your Destination Specialist.

Step 6: Travel Documents

Two to three weeks prior to your departure, you will receive your final documents via email. All travel documents are issued in the form of PDFs. The include your final itinerary, flight details & tickets. Visa confirmation (if needed) and supplier vouchers for your hotels, transfers, day tours, car rentals and any other details of your vacation package will also be included. We will also include travel tips to help you prepare.

Step 7: Pack Your Bags and Have the Trip of a Lifetime!

Before traveling you will have the opportunity to review your travel documents with your Destination Specialist. This will give you time to ask questions and become familiar with your final documents. They will also be able to give you expert first-hand knowledge on the destinations you’re traveling to as well as wonderful travel tips! All that’s left to do is pack your bags and get ready to have the trip of a lifetime!
